Firstly. Construction, Bali is a developing Island and it is very common for construction projects to suddenly start near any of the properties travellers might be staying at. Please check with us before booking a specific property if this is the case. Secondly. Insects. Due to Balis humid tropical conditions it is also very common to have a few insects around, most commonly during rainy season and even at the most high end properties. Drop outs. Although this one is not as common, external outages in Electricity, Water, and Wifi can also occur. Should any of the above disruptions occur during your stay we advise all our guests to be patient report the problem and stand by while our staff deals with it. Furthermore proceeding with your reservation, our team would like to inform you that Elements is a complex comprising four individual units. These units share common amenities, including a pool and garden facilities. Please be mindful that by booking this accommodation, you may experience noise levels typical of an apartment block setting. This can include sounds from neighbouring guests using the shared spaces and general day-to-day activities from other residents.
